What you can achieve You are responsible for the operational management of our bistro as well as the gastronomy throughout the entire house, receiving and looking after our demanding guests You organize and manage the internal processes of your department and are responsible for efficient and resource-oriented staff planning You are responsible for menu planning or menu cards, promotion of sales activities and upselling You are responsible for purchasing and optimal inventory management Your operational skills and knowledge enable you to handle food correctly according to HACCP regulations and you comply with them You are responsible for organizing department-specific training and are responsible for the induction of new team members while simultaneously promoting interdisciplinary cooperation throughout the entire Solbad Quality is very important to us; in this sense, you monitor compliance with our quality standards according to our guidelines and specifications What you bring with you You have completed an apprenticeship as /Cook EFZ You are creative and proactive You are service-oriented, enjoy approaching people and are customer-friendly.
