The spacious outdoor area offers space for up to 80 guests and creates a perfect location to enjoy. HUUS QUELL 5*S In 2025, we opened our luxurious 5-star hotel HUUS QUELL with 30 rooms and suites. Since then, our guests have enjoyed not only the unique Restaurant Quell with a sharing concept, but also an impressive wellness and treatment area of over 2,200 m² as well as the stylish Botanicum Bar. Your profile • Completed training in the hotel industry or at least 2 years of experience as a Room Attendant, Spa Attendant, or in the housekeeping area in a similar function • Good German and English skills (level B1), other languages are an advantage • Well-groomed appearance, positive aura • Service-oriented, team-oriented, responsible, and resilient way of working with a strong eye for detail • Enjoyment of guest contact as well as a high awareness of quality and hygiene Your tasks • Cleaning and care of guest rooms and bathrooms or the spa, wellness, and pool area according to quality standards • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and hygiene in all assigned guest rooms, floor areas, as well as public areas or in the spa, wellness, and pool area • Replenishing guest amenities, linen, and other consumables or towels and other guest materials according to hotel standards • Maintenance of the spa and pool area as well as ensuring a well-kept and inviting ambiance (depending on the area of application) • Reporting technical defects and repairs to the housekeeping management • Careful and efficient handling of cleaning agents, equipment, and materials • Compliance with the hotel's hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines • Cooperation with other departments (e.g., Front Office and Technical Services) to ensure smooth guest service • Discreet and professional handling of guests as well as maintaining the privacy and security of hotel guests • Support of other areas in housekeeping if required We offer • Live and work centrally between Zürich and St. Gallen in the enchanting Appenzellerland • Above-average remuneration • 50% discount in the Appenzeller Huus gastronomy • Special prices for overnight stays in Hotellerie Suisse establishments • Appenzeller employee card • Modern team lounge with a wide range of catering and relaxation areas
