A solidly established and rapidly evolving regional company, Flückiger Electricité SA is active in several complementary fields of electrotechnics: electrical installations in buildings, infrastructure, maintenance, as well as the design and realization of sets of equipment and electromechanical switchboards.

At the heart of this activity, our Electromechanical Workshop located in Saint-Blaise constitutes a specialized and strategic sector of the company. It ensures the realization of electromechanical switchboards and assemblies, from their design to their manufacture, assembly, and installation, in close collaboration with our clients and our technical teams.

In order to support the development of this sector and to strengthen our team, we are looking for an

ELECTROMECHANICAL SWITCHBOARD PROJECT MANAGER

Mission :

• Ensure the safety of the employees under their responsibility during delivery and commissioning at the client's premises, respecting all site safety standards, client directives, and electrical safety;
• According to the clients' specifications, perform planning of the assembly principles and operation of the electromechanical cabinets: component layout, front panel, material list and possibly schematic diagrams, equipment plans according to current standards
• Establish a detailed planning of the project realization (organization and planning of personnel, material and realization milestones), delivery and commissioning
• Organize and plan the realization of projects; perform supervision during project realization and perform quality assurance
• Regularly visit and monitor the activities of the team leaders, fitters and apprentices under their responsibility; prepare intermediate measurements to estimate the progress of the construction site
• Ensure the establishment of amendments within a very short timeframe; ensure that work is not started before obtaining the validated order from the project manager
• Manage the execution of the work as well as the financial follow-up: monitoring the management of labor and material allocation; ensure a minimum margin of 5 - 10%, detailed follow-up between planned allocations and actual allocations, perform a project end forecast

Profile :

• Federal diploma of project manager in electrical switchboard construction or currently in training or equivalent training;
• Confirmed experience in managing electrical switchboard projects;
• Ease in human relations;
• Autonomy and sense of responsibility;
• Rigor, ability to synthesize and flexibility;
• Team spirit, open and innovative.
