In order to support our growth and the development of our activities, we are continuing to strengthen our teams and are currently looking for within our finishing workshop: Polishers ## Junior Polisher You have initial experience (1 to 3 years), a CFC, IFAGE training, or a path deemed equivalent. You wish to develop your skills within an experienced team and evolve progressively towards more autonomy. Confirmed Polisher You benefit from confirmed experience in the polishing of production watchmaking components. You are autonomous in finishing operations, know how to maintain a steady pace, and guarantee a constant level of quality on series production. Expert Polisher You possess solid experience on complex pieces of haute horlogerie, haute joaillerie, or métiers d'art. You are capable of analyzing a piece, defining the most suitable operating strategy when it is not established, and performing finishes on components with very high added value. Your mission: Within our finishing workshop, you will join an experienced team in order to progressively develop your polishing skills on watchmaking components. Depending on your experience and level of expertise, you will work on series production or on technical pieces with high added value. Thanks to your technical mastery, your sense of detail, and your quality requirements, you contribute to guaranteeing finishes that meet the highest standards. Main tasks: • Perform preparation, polishing, brightening, satin finishing, and finishing operations on watchmaking components. • Apply operating sequences and quality standards, or adapt them when the complexity of the pieces requires it. • Preserve the geometries, surface states, and functional characteristics of the components throughout the finishing operations. • Perform self-inspection of the pieces, identify any defects, and carry out appropriate rework in compliance with quality requirements. • Adapt your working methods to the different components, materials, and levels of complexity encountered. • Maintain an organized workstation and ensure the correct use of tools and consumables. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of working methods, the sharing of best practices and, depending on your level of experience, the transmission of your know-how.
