Your tasks At our location in Glattpark, we are looking for a customer-friendly, upbeat and sociable personality as a Receptionist / Front Office Agent, starting immediately. At the reception, you are the first point of contact for our customers, their employees, and visitors. You support the responsible Site Management in the organization and management of the area within the framework of the defined customer strategy. Your tasks include • Reception and care of customers and visitors • Support of the site management in administrative matters (reports, statistics/evaluations, customer contracts) Operation of the telephone switchboard Management of meeting rooms and supplementary services • Badge & key management • Fleet Management • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail and coordination of office materials • Further development of the area of responsibility within the scope of customer mandates Your profile • Completed training, professional experience an advantage • Strong customer orientation • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications • Very good language skills in German and English, good knowledge of French • Working hours are from Monday to Friday, during the day. The remaining 20% leisure time can be determined flexibly by mutual agreement You are a communicative, responsible, proactive person and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
