Social Worker: FH

The Krebsliga Aargau has been committed to people with cancer and their relatives in the canton of Aargau for almost 70 years. A cancer diagnosis changes the lives of those affected and their environment and can also have an impact on the economic and social circumstances of those affected. For the area of "Consulting and Support" we are looking for a social worker:in FH 60-70% from August or by agreement. Your tasks: • Psychosocial counseling and support for our clients • Consulting on social insurance issues, interim financing • Management and implementation of professionally guided discussion groups and information events • Networking with other cantonal and extracantonal service providers • Cooperation with cantonal hospitals, consulting also outside the office • Participation/presence at public events (partly also in the evening, rarely on weekends) • Place of work: Aarau/Baden Your profile: • Training as a social worker:in FH • Consulting experience and in-depth knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system • High social competence in dealing with people suffering from cancer and their environment • Independent, efficient work • Open, proactive communication and conflict ability • Flexibility and resilience, team player • Willingness to actively participate in public events • Good IT user skills • Knowledge of foreign languages (Italian, Spanish, French or other) is an advantage Have we aroused your interest?
