• Permanent • LA CHAUX-DE-FONDS Agency • Neuchâtel, Switzerland Ref : CDF11-006707 - Published on 10/8/2026 • * • * • Job Description ## Mandated by a major Manufacture in the region, we are looking for a Cutting Tool Technician (M/F) • Define and provide the cutting tools necessary for the industrialization of new products and new machining processes • Maintain the technical link and proximity with suppliers in order to guarantee tool performance • Sustain know-how by ensuring the management and updating of technical data and associated documents (drawings, reference states and standardization) • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and conducting optimization actions • Act as the technical contact for cutting tools with internal and external partners • Participate in technical exchanges with production to ensure support on cutting tools • Ensure technological monitoring of cutting tools by participating in trade fairs and regularly conducting feasibility studies Requirements ## • CFC in polymechanic, ES Technician or equivalent • Recognized skills in machining and in the management of cutting tools, with expertise in stainless steels and precious metals • Mastery of CAD/CAM software (ideally CREO) • Ability to work in a team with a taste for the field • Methodical and rigorous approach with an analytical and synthesis spirit • Ability to propose solutions and cross-functional communication skills • Ability to adapt to varied working environments (industrialization, workshops, suppliers) • Geographical mobility Are you currently looking for a new professional challenge and do you recognize yourself in the established profile?
