Automation Team Lead (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Technical and personnel leadership of a team of around 12 specialists in the field of automation
• Ensuring the technical availability of production and supply systems
• Coordination and execution of fault rectification, maintenance, and repair work
• Planning and accompanying replacement investments and technical improvements
• Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities in automation technology
• Close cooperation with production and other internal specialist departments
• Ensuring compliance with specifications in the areas of safety, quality, environment, and occupational health and safety
• Further development of processes, technology, and employees within the area of responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training in the electrotechnical field EFZ
• Further training at HF or FH level, for example in electrical engineering or automation
• Several years of experience in a comparable leadership function
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• English skills are an advantage
• Good programming skills, especially with Siemens S7 / PLC
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and leadership competence
