Lead Finance & Accounting

• You bear overall responsibility for the accounting of the mesoneer Group: from ongoing bookkeeping through accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment transactions to the completed monthly closing, thereby ensuring reliable figures for managing the company
• You actively drive the automation of our financial processes with modern technologies and AI, implement them yourself, and can rely on the know-how of our internal specialists at any time
• You lead and develop professionally a small team in Accounting and Back Office and are the contact person for all accounting and finance questions
• You manage the project administration in Vertec as well as invoicing and dunning and ensure a smooth process from the project to the receipt of payment
• You create the management reporting, monitor the budget, and analyze and explain deviations

Your skills

• You have a sound education in finance and accounting, ideally supplemented by further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable qualification
• You have sound experience in financial accounting as well as in monthly and annual closings and are confident in accounting according to OR
• You move things and drive them forward, are curious and enjoy learning new things. Your attitude and willingness to learn count for us at least as much as your CV
• You are experienced in working with Abacus and have very good Excel skills. Experience with data models, Power Query, and Power BI is a plus
• You enjoy taking responsibility and work independently, structured, and hands-on
• You enjoy promoting a small team, passing on knowledge, and developing sustainable and good solutions together
• You are AI-affine, have already created your first own agents or skills, and want to use these technologies in a targeted and successful manner in the finance area
• You have German language skills at least at C1 level as well as good English skills
