Head of Structures

Your tasks • Personnel, technical and economic management of the Structures department • Planning and realization of demanding high-rise and structural projects – from residential and commercial buildings to complex structures, renovations and excavation projects • Building and maintaining customer relationships, acquiring new projects • Resource & workload planning, quality assurance, project controlling • Further development of digital planning methods (BIM, VDC) in the team • Close collaboration with other departments to strengthen interdisciplinary exchange and jointly develop the company What you bring • Completed degree in Civil Engineering, several years of experience in high-rise and structural planning • Leadership experience or clear willingness to grow into this responsibility • Entrepreneurial thinking, enjoyment of acquisition and market development • High social competence, constructive handling of conflicts • German language skills C1 or higher We look forward to your application documents.
