CHF 5’700.– to CHF 6’200.– gross per month, depending on experience and qualification Your tasks Overall responsibility for the operational and personnel management of the branch Leadership, motivation and further development of the employees Ensuring competent customer advice and a high service quality Responsibility for achieving sales, cost and personnel targets Analysis and control of relevant personnel key figures Creation of the personnel deployment planning as well as ensuring optimal staffing Recruitment and induction of new employees Planning and implementation of sales-promoting measures Responsibility for an appealing appearance as well as optimal product presentation Ensuring operational processes and internal quality standards Your profile Completed training in retail, ideally in the textile or fashion sector Several years of professional experience in retail as well as proven leadership experience Very good knowledge of personnel deployment planning and dealing with personnel key figures Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented and responsible way of working Strong sales, advisory and service orientation Strong communication and motivating leadership personality Good IT skills Willingness for flexible work assignments within the opening hours What is offered 42.5-hour week at a 100% workload 15 minutes paid break each in the morning and in the afternoon A fixed day off per week Deployment planning three weeks in advance Free parking spaces directly at the work location Employment on a monthly salary 13th month salary In 4133 Pratteln Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.30 and Saturday from 09.00 to 17.00
