Your tasks:

• Setting up and grinding on centerless grinding machines
• Grinding of diameters 0,047 - 20,050mm
• Predominantly use of a conventional Herminhausen SR2
• Self-inspection of the manufactured parts on corresponding measuring devices
• Processing of steel, carbide and ceramic
• Setting up and operating ESO centerless plunge grinding machines
• Setting up and operating a laser engraving machine

Your profile:

• Training in a metalworking profession or many years of experience in machine processing (turning / conventional grinding)
• Knowledge in centerless grinding and/or cylindrical grinding
• Knowledge in handling numbers in the 1/10000 range!
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, mandatory level B2
• Willingness for 2-shift
