Your tasks

• Management of new construction, conversion, and renovation projects for Lindt Shops from planning to realization and final acceptance
• Control, coordination, and supervision of all project and construction phases as client representative until timely and defect-free handover
• Leadership and coordination of architects, specialist planners, general contractors, and other project partners
• Support of permit processes as well as cooperation with authorities and landlords
• Technical assessment and coordination of various trades (electrical, HVAC, sanitary, shopfitting, fire protection, etc.)

Your profile

• Technical or construction basic training (e.g., structural draftsman, Zeichner EFZ, construction manager, Techniker HF, architect, civil engineer or comparable)
• Several years of experience in the planning and implementation of construction projects
• Verifiable experience in the project management of fit-out, conversion, or retail projects
• Experience with building applications, permit processes, and authority contacts
• Very good German as well as good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
