Your responsibility

• You process licensing procedures and carry out supervision of family and school-complementary childcare facilities.
• You advise and support institutions on professional questions regarding childcare.
• You participate in the further development and assurance of quality in family and school-complementary childcare.
• You work in the planning, development, and implementation of new cantonal tasks in childcare.
• You work together with internal and external specialist departments as well as other relevant stakeholders.

Your background

• You have a Master's degree in pedagogy, psychology, social work, social sciences, or a comparable field of study.
• You bring specialist knowledge in the field of childcare or family and school-complementary care.
• You possess strong planning, analytical, and conceptual competencies.
• You can prepare complex issues in an understandable manner and have very good oral and written communication skills.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and reliably, and enjoy taking on responsibility.
• You value collaboration in a team and with various specialist departments, bringing initiative and negotiation skills.
