Clerk Daily Allowance Benefits

Your tasks

• You are responsible for case management, determination, and payment of the insured daily allowance
• You are also in contact with our contractual partners, doctors, other insurers, as well as our insured persons
• The coordination and planning of the management of the benefit case is part of your area of responsibility
• You are responsible for the scheduling and processing of clarification cases and provide information to those affected by telephone or in writing

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial or medical basic training
• You bring several years of professional experience in the health and/or social insurance sector
• An independent, exact, and efficient way of working as well as good PC user skills are required
• You are a communicative personality and enjoy working in a team
• Good French skills are a big plus
