Telephone Customer Advisor Inbound 80-100%

Your tasks:

• Conducting and logging incoming telephone calls in the technical and administrative area
• Optimization of the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)
• Receiving and processing malfunctions in 1st-level support
• Customer-oriented, friendly product and service consulting
• Written processing of customer inquiries (Chat / Email)
