Finishing Operator (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Finishing Operator (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will perform finishing operations, notably the polishing and brightening of prepared surfaces. • You will guarantee the dimensional and aesthetic control of the produced parts. • You will actively participate in continuous improvement processes in order to optimize production processes. Your profile: • You possess experience in polishing and brightening watchmaking clothing components - a major asset. • You have benefited from modular training in watchmaking, particularly in finishing. • You hold an AFP in Polishing - an asset. • You have knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing - an asset. • You demonstrate excellent visual acuity, remarkable dexterity, rigor and an eye for detail. • You are available for shift work (2x8). • You are mobile for an initial training period of several months in Genève before joining the canton of Fribourg.
