We are a renowned company in the fields of fiduciary, taxation, auditing, law and real estate. With our commitment "personally involved", we have made a name for ourselves in eastern Switzerland. To strengthen our real estate team at the Saint-Gall site, we are looking for a junior real estate manager 80-100 % (m/f/d) in Saint-Gall, immediately or by arrangement.

WHAT MOTIVATES YOU ##

• You actively support the team management in the management of a versatile portfolio (mainly condominium property)
• You autonomously take charge of a small personal portfolio and continually develop your professional and interpersonal skills
• You accompany co-owners, concierges, artisans and tenants in a competent, reliable and solution-oriented manner
• You autonomously perform administrative and organizational tasks in a digital environment

WHAT ALLOWS YOU TO SUCCEED ##

• You have completed a basic commercial training
• You have completed or are currently undergoing further training as a real estate manager
• You have initial professional experience in real estate management, ideally two to three years
• You work in a service-oriented, precise and efficient manner, while maintaining an overview even with multiple tasks
• You communicate with ease in German and address different target groups with confidence and kindness
• You are comfortable with digital tools, eager to learn and wish to evolve both professionally and personally
