Together with the education officer, you will develop a modern, practical, and innovative training program. We are looking for a personality who passes on knowledge with joy, strengthens learners, and actively helps develop vocational training. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FaGe (m/f/d) 60 - 80% as Vocational Trainer Your profile: • Completed training as Pflegefachperson HF or FaGe • Vocational training course, SVEB course (or readiness to complete one) • Experience in accompanying FaGe and AGS learners (ideally also HF students or FALB) • Experience in long-term care and/or acute care is an advantage • Joy in working with learners as well as enthusiasm for modern vocational training • Empathic, responsible, and team-oriented personality   Your tasks: • Accompanying, promoting, and assessing our learners and students • Individual care and support of our residents according to Bezugspflege • Planning and conducting proofs of competence as well as practical exams • Active co-design and further development of vocational training together with the PDL/BV   What awaits you: • A varied and responsible activity in a family-like environment • A committed, warm, and experienced nursing team • Open, appreciative cooperation at eye level with supervisors and the team • Space for ideas, co-design, and personal development promotion   We are looking for a personality who inspires trainees, strengthens them, and together with us shapes and moves the future of nursing.
