C2M ARCHITEKTEN, as an architecture and construction management office, processes large and small construction tasks from the feasibility study to the handover. As generalists, we undertake the entire planning and realization. In close cooperation with our clients, we seek sustainable and specific solutions while adhering to the specified costs and deadlines. We are independent, transparent and reliable.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Project Assistant starting immediately, who will support our project and construction management administratively and organizationally.

Your tasks

• Organization and administration of everyday office life
• Support for the project and construction management in all project phases
• Collaboration in the offer and contract management
• Maintenance of project, CRM and ERP data
• Creation and dispatch of correspondence, order letters and contracts
• Support with tenders, offer comparisons and works contracts
• Management of project documentation and construction accounting
• Preparation of payment transactions
• Organization and archiving of project documentation
• General internal coordination and support at events

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training EFZ
• Experience and interest in the architecture or construction industry
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent and enjoyment of varied tasks
• You maintain an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good MS Office skills; Messerli experience is an advantage
• Stylistically confident German skills in speaking and writing
