The 16 municipalities of the Sozialregion Thal-Gäu with over 38-500 inhabitants perform their tasks in statutory social assistance as well as child and adult protection together in an association. Around 70 employees provide services at our location in Oensingen

Social Worker / Social Worker Case Management ##

• We assess the entitlement to economic social assistance as well as priority benefits
• We implement immediate measures for securing existence and integration
• We enable people to achieve their economic and personal independence
• We support professional and social integration

• A tertiary-level education, preferably in Social Work, Pedagogy, Social Insurance
• You appreciate versatile, people-oriented work that can be demanding but also fulfilling; you have the ability to shape cooperation with a wide variety of clients and third parties constructively

• Do you already have experience as a social worker(s) in a social service? Even better!
