Your tasks ##

• You manage a diverse portfolio in the retail, office, and residential sectors
• You work proactively in close cooperation with the owner Swiss Life
• You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and ensure real estate maintenance.
• You carry out periodic real estate inspections and assess their condition
• You monitor current rent policy and advise the owner on determining rent structures.
• You accept and hand over rental properties
• You are involved in projects

Your profile ##

• You have completed a KV apprenticeship or a basic technical education (e.g., structural draughtsman) with further training as a technical specialist/manager (technische/r Kaufmann / Kauffrau)
• You possess a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) as a property manager or adequate further training in the real estate sector
• You bring several years of professional experience in property management, ideally with commercial real estate
• You have good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB and SchKG)
• You have proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and a digital affinity.
• You convince through pleasant manners, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance
