The Institut Menzingen employs around 140 staff members and manages the operational business of the Sisters of the Holy Cross on their behalf. This includes the St. Franziskus nursing home with 87 nursing beds and a holistic health offering, the care of the sisters' residential communities in Switzerland, and the maintenance of the monastery courtyard with the church wing, a newly emerging bistro, as well as residential and commercial space. The Sisterhood of the Holy Cross was founded in 1844 in Menzingen and is represented on several continents in the world today. The Swiss province currently includes around 130 sisters; most live in Menzingen.

With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for you as

Housekeeping Employee 60-80%

Your tasks:

• Visual, maintenance, and basic cleaning
• Cooperation in laundry processing/laundry cycle
• Dining room service (setting tables, preparing buffet, service, clearing)
• Assistance at events and banquets incl. preparatory work
• Plant care

Your profile:

• Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented personality with good German skills
• Completed training as a Housekeeping Practitioner EBA or several years of practical and professional experience in a similar function
• Understanding of the needs of the care-dependent and elderly residents
• Careful, exact, and efficient way of working
• Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours (incl. weekends and public holidays)
