You will lead a new dedicated team and be responsible for the introduction and further development of a method chain for quality advance planning. In doing so, you will shape the strategic and operational implementation across innovation, manufacturing, and procurement and specifically drive quality management forward. You will report directly to the Head of Quality Management.   What tasks will you undertake? • You will introduce the method chains for quality advance planning, ensure their operational application, and continuously develop them. • You will take responsibility as the method owner, controller, and user and ensure effective method application. • You will actively participate as a member of the review team in the product development process (PEP) and contribute your method expertise in a targeted manner. • You will train on the relevant methods and method chains and promote their sustainable application and anchoring throughout the entire company. • You will lead a high-performing team, develop it in a targeted manner, and create the organizational prerequisites for professional and company-wide method competence.   What do we expect from you? • You have a technical Master's degree, for example in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or process engineering. • You bring many years of experience in the introduction, application, and further development of methods for quality advance planning, as well as sound practical experience in product development. • You convince through analytical strength, a strong desire to shape, and the ability to implement sustainable solutions even in demanding situations. • You have a pronounced understanding of the maturity level of organizations and know what requirements must be placed on professional quality advance planning today and in the future. • You work confidently with interdisciplinary teams and the functions of Technical Quality, Manufacturing Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality, communicate securely in German and English, and are proficient in handling ERP and QM systems.   What can you expect from us? • We are a family-run, dedicated company with a sustainable vision. • We promote lifelong learning with versatile training and further education opportunities, internal knowledge transfer, and e-learning. • We support work-life balance with flexible working hours. • We offer support for sustainable mobility solutions such as public transport. • We support family-friendly policies, including childcare places and childcare services during holidays.   How do you apply?
