The Nurse HES/ES (80\-100%) – fixed-term contract 6 months The Clinique romande de réadaptation (CRR) is part of the Suva clinics and constitutes an essential pillar of the integrated care chain. It collaborates closely with university hospitals and specialized centers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care focused on the sustainable reintegration of patient/s. To temporarily strengthen our care teams in the paraplegia/tetraplegia unit, we are looking for several: Nurse HES/ES (fixed-term contract 6 months) Your mission As a nurse HES-ES, you accompany patient/s with paraplegia or tetraplegia in their rehabilitation and life reconstruction journey. Within a specialized unit, you play a central role in the overall care of patient/s requiring complex, technical care as well as specialized long-term care. Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote patient autonomy and quality of life. Provide specific technical care related to spinal cord injuries, prevention of secondary complications, and follow-up of paraplegic and tetraplegic patient/s. Accompany patient/s in the different stages of their rehabilitation, taking into account their physical, psychological, and social needs. Actively participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to patient-centered therapeutic objectives. Coordinate and supervise the care provided by the ASSC, ensuring safety, continuity, and quality of care. Collaborate closely with the medical staff, therapists, and various professionals involved to ensure consistent and individualized care. Supervise trainees and participate in the integration of new employees. Your profile Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent recognized title (recognition by the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas) Strong interest in accompanying patient/s with paraplegia or tetraplegia. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and reliable professional posture. Excellent relational skills and ability to create an adapted therapeutic relationship with patient/s facing major changes in their autonomy and lifestyle. Ability to evolve in a demanding environment requiring rigor, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ability to step back. Motivation to invest sustainably with patient/s requiring intensive and long-term support. Flexibility and collaborative spirit to support care continuity and interdisciplinary mutual aid.
