Your profile

• Diploma as a nurse HF required
• Team leader training present or willingness to undergo further training
• Leadership experience and competence in employee management
• Professional competence in long-term care and support
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with people
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability for conflict resolution
• Sense of responsibility and desire to shape
