Your area of responsibility:

• The administrative and organizational support of the Managing Director is part of your central area of responsibility
• In addition, you process daily correspondence, coordinate appointments, and handle customer inquiries
• Furthermore, you prepare offers, process orders, and support the entire order processing
• The creation and control of invoices as well as collaboration in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting complement this

Your field of activity

• You contribute your creative ideas to the marketing of products, the creation of social media posts, and the implementation of advertising measures

Your profile:

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• In addition, you bring professional experience in a versatile commercial function, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Your technical flair and your interest in metal products, construction fittings, and production processes distinguish you
• You convince with good MS Office skills and a quick grasp of new software solutions
• Your very good German skills in speaking and writing enable you to communicate professionally
