Housekeeper (m/f/d) for hotel cleaning

Your task:

• Management and coordination of the cleaning team
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
• Training and induction of employees
• Ensuring high quality standards in all areas
• Regular quality controls
• Planning and coordination of the cleaning team
• Inspection, cleaning and sorting of work equipment
• Effective communication with guests and team members
• Flexibility regarding working hours, including weekend and holiday shifts

Must-Haves

• Experience in hotel room cleaning
• Experience in a leadership position or as a team leader
• Independent working, high reliability and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays
