Your responsibilities:
Design and develop precise 3D models for different construction projects
Prepare the documents necessary for execution and production
Create formwork and reinforcement plans as well as reinforcement and embedded parts lists
Prepare assembly plans and the various technical documents necessary for the realization of projects
Guarantee the quality and precision of the 3D models and the plans produced
Implement the data and indications transmitted by engineers, project managers and architects
Collaborate closely with project managers in order to optimize technical and economic solutions
Participate in the resolution of technical details in collaboration with the different internal and external stakeholders
Ensure technical exchanges with external partners in coordination with the project manager
Actively participate in the development and improvement of BIM processes
Contribute to the creation, organization and management of the various technical databases
Participate in the continuous optimization of design and planning processes
Depending on your skills and interests, evolve progressively towards the realization of quantity calculations and visualizations intended to support sales teams

Your profile:
Completed professional training as a drafter, constructor or higher education in the field of civil engineering
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the construction sector
Experience in the field of prefabricated concrete elements constitutes a serious advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in design using 3D software
Experience with Tekla Structures constitutes a major asset
Excellent spatial representation ability and very good technical understanding
Marked interest in technical details and complex problems
Ability to research and develop suitable constructive solutions
Good resistance to stress and ability to work autonomously
Excellent sense of organization and priorities
Communicative, rigorous and solution-oriented personality
Marked interest in new technologies and digital transformation
Motivation to work with modern tools related to 3D design and BIM
