We offer over 200 places in the work and daily activity area and 28 residential places, as well as training, vocational measures, and integration measures on behalf of the IV-Stellen.

Job Coach (70-80%)

Our business area of Training and Work Integration is the central hub of cooperation with the IV-Stellen, our partner companies, personnel leasing, and our internal [structure]. In your function as a Job Coach, you accompany people with a mental impairment in their professional development and integration into the labor market. In coaching, you promote their resources, strengthen self-responsibility, and support them in defining professional goals and developing suitable solution strategies. In close cooperation with the IV-Stellen, employers, work educators, and other specialists, you coordinate vocational measures, design individual coaching processes, and advocate for sustainable integration into the working world.

These are your tasks

• Job Coaching and support: You coach and advise individuals in vocational measures, support them in preparing for an external assignment (training vocational measures or integration measures) as well as in searching for a suitable assignment location. Additionally, you advise and support employees with an IV pension in their professional situation as well as in the search for a suitable external assignment possibility
• Planning and organization: You coordinate the measures and the cooperation with the integration network. You are responsible for internal case management including administration and documentation
• Networking: You acquire assignment companies for work and internship positions and network with companies and persons in various industries while doing so

This is you

• Experienced and professional: You have further education in the field of coaching, a similar qualification and professional experience - ideally supplemented by a commercial basic training. Likewise, you bring sound experience in working with people with mental health issues in work integration. You know the offerings of the IV-Stellen and are proficient in their implementation
• Empathic, strong communication skills: With your pronounced social competence, you are well-networked in the Canton Zürich, enjoy working with different people, and negotiate skillfully. You enjoy working outside the house, possess a Category B driver's license, and draw on the resources in the team and the company as needed.
• Structured: You coordinate and organize efficiently and maintain an overview. You document clearly with your convincing written expression. Your good Office user skills as well as your experience in handling social media form the basis for the administrative tasks
