At the heart of our finance department in Fribourg, composed of approximately 80 employees, you will be in charge of maintaining the accounting for our Swiss entities, while ensuring compliance with current standards. You will also act as a privileged interlocutor for our various partners to ensure optimal communication and share your expertise on accounting topics.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Main accounting tasks

• Monitor, reconcile and clear all GL accounts
• Monitor and reconcile interco & intraco accounts
• Prepare and record closing entries
• Prepare and explain monthly reporting
• Perform and present the analytical review of monthly accounts
• Document ICS controls
• Promote group accounting rules
• Monitor general accounting
• Apply and enforce group accounting procedures
• Guarantee the implementation of the current internal control system
• Act as a key contact for our partners (entities, houses, functions) for general accounting topics

Experience, training and professional skills:

• Initial training as a commercial employee with professional maturity or equivalent completed with a certification in accounting or equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment
• Good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS, CO)
• Excellent mastery of various usual tools (MS-Office)
• Initial experience with SAP is desirable
• Native French speaker, you have good knowledge of English (B2). German is an asset
