As a total provider, M\-Z Entsorgungs\-Management AG solves every disposal problem and offers tailor-made solutions as well as various collection systems such as recyclable, waste, hazardous goods, transport, and medical disposal containers. The services are offered throughout Switzerland. Customers include companies from industry, trade and construction, the public sector, as well as private individuals. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, starting immediately or by arrangement a Dispatcher 100% (m/f) Area of responsibility: Customer consulting, order receipt and recording of orders Independent and economical dispatching of own and third-party vehicles Organization of the required transport capacity Delivery note processing and evaluation Creation of accompanying documents Collaboration on special tasks or projects Complaint handling, recording damage cases and initiating processing Willingness to assist in logistics during bottlenecks Planning and organizing maintenance and repairs of skips Requirement profile: Experience as a dispatcher or driver with commercial further education Enthusiasm for moving in the transport, recycling and disposal world Good CH-geographical knowledge Driving license category B, category C an advantage Organizational talent with economical and networked thinking Keeping a cool head, even in hectic situations and with complex tasks Quick comprehension Independent, constructive and reliable way of working.
