For an SME in the industrial sector, we are pleased to support our client in their search for an HR Manager as part of the creation of a new position:

An HR Manager 80 or 100%

Your Mission:

• Assist management in its HR and managerial tasks
• Support line managers in terms of onboarding employees, appraisal and annual interviews, retraining, conflict management, etc..
• Management of employees from entry to exit (contract, monitoring of absences, work certificates, etc.)
• Implementation of adapted HR processes and standardization of these
• Recruit and support line managers according to needs
• Support line managers regarding training, analysis, and identification of needs
• Collaborate with the payroll department to guarantee optimal global service

Your Profile:

• Federal Diploma of Specialization in Personnel Management
• French native speaker, German a plus
• 5 years of experience as an HR Manager ideally in an SME and in the industrial sector
• Proactive person, possessing a good global vision, a team spirit, knowing how to negotiate and impose their ideas
