Operational cooperation in very demanding assembly and manufacturing orders in the RF (high frequency) CAY / COM area Support of the production coordinator in the prioritization and coordination of ongoing production orders Technical support and guidance of employees in daily business Promotion of the exchange of information within the team as well as between production, manufacturing technology, and team management Support in the induction of new employees Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and process standards Early detection of bottlenecks, quality deviations, and optimization potential Active participation in continuous improvement processes and Lean initiatives Your profile Completed basic technical training, ideally in an industrial production environment Several years of experience in assembly or manufacturing High technical competence as well as a strong awareness of quality Enjoyment in passing on knowledge and providing technical support to colleagues Organizational skills and a structured way of working Communicative personality with natural authority and a role model function Team player with a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working Good SAP and MS Office skills are an advantage Very good German language skills, written and spoken High motivation as well as the willingness to go the extra mile Why +SUHNER?
