To master future challenges, we are looking for, by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ (w/m/d) 40 - 60% Your tasks As a Healthcare Specialist EFZ, you are co-responsible for the professional treatment, care and support of our clients. You perform basic and treatment care independently, incorporating operational specifications. Furthermore, you take an active role in interdisciplinary cooperation and represent the needs of the clients. You have no split shifts and can independently write the duty roster in a small team with your colleagues. So that you can better plan your private life, you work fixedly in one of the following shifts: Day shift: 06:45 – approx. 12:00 and 13:00 – approx. 16:30 Late shift: 16:45 – approx. 23:30 Day and late shift: if you need more variety in your daily work routine You have at least five weeks of vacation and can additionally apply for unpaid leave.
