About us To accompany Supplier Quality Expert (100%) About us To accompany our growth and guarantee the excellence of our products, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a supplier quality expert, rigorous and solution-oriented, to join our teams, for a fixed term. Your mission Based in Sierre within our Supplier Quality department, you will be responsible for the quality management of certain supplier commodities by coordinating internal follow-up and external communication with suppliers. You will be required to collaborate regularly with production, purchasing as well as with R&D engineers. You will handle a more operational part with the processing and follow-up of supplier non-conformities. You will also conduct audits at suppliers to verify their manufacturing processes, and you will implement the necessary action plans (CAPA) to guarantee the compliance of our parts. You will assist the current manager and will be responsible for coordinating the incoming inspection team during her absence Supplier Quality Expert (100%) Your main responsibilities Quality management by commodity: Complete management of the non-conformity flow, from entering the complaint in SAP, to transmission to the supplier, to follow-up and ensuring problem resolution. Examples of commodities: hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic components. Supplier audits: Plan and conduct process/system audits to approve or follow up on underperforming suppliers (business travel up to 10 to 20% of the time, mainly in Switzerland and Europe). Quality indicator monitoring (KPIs): Monitoring and analysis of quality KPIs (PPM, Non-Quality Costs); co-animation of performance reviews with Purchasing and suppliers. Continuous Improvement: Supporting suppliers in solving complex problems and deploying progress plans. Team management: Management of the incoming inspection team (4 pers.) for a defined period Your profile Education & Experience: CFC in technical field or equivalent training, with 5 to 10 years of experience in an industrial environment and conducting field supplier audits. Team leadership: Experience in management and team management required Technical Expertise & Methodologies: Mastery of reading and interpreting technical drawings (specifications, geometric tolerances). Mastery of problem-solving and quality tools (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, PPAP etc.). Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 standards). Languages: French as mother tongue and English B2 minimum (common professional use, written and oral, for audits and negotiations). Mastery of German or Italian is an advantage for collaboration with some of our suppliers IT: Mastery of the SAP environment (QM module) and operational skills in Power BI represent a major asset Skills: Equipped with a good sense of organization, you possess a "Purchasing/Quality" oriented posture.
