In the boutique, you competently advise customers, inspire them for our coffee machines and the diverse coffee range, and actively contribute to the brand experience. You are a visible part of the Nespresso Kaffee?Community and inspire people to think more consciously about what is in their cup and how coffee enriches their everyday life. A day in the life as a Verkaufsmitarbeiter·in • You advise, present, and sell products from the Nespresso assortment (machines, coffee, and accessories) in the boutique. • You respond to different customer needs in a friendly, competent, and flexible manner. • You invite customers to coffee tastings and create enjoyable moments that remain in memory. • You manage coffee orders and ensure that products, accessories, and information materials are available at all times. • You take on administrative tasks related to the sales process. • You ensure order, cleanliness, and a pleasant ambiance in the boutique and carry out simple maintenance work on the machines. Qualifications Your area of responsibility • Very good German skills; further language skills are welcome. • Availability from Monday to Saturday. • Experience in retail, sales, or customer contact – ideally in an FMCG environment (not a mandatory requirement). • Joy in direct exchange with customers as well as interest in premium products. • A service-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented way of working. • Openness to learning, further development, and exchange within the team.
