Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Domain Lead IT Brand, your main mission will be to play a key role in the design, evolution, and performance of our digital platforms. As a technical referent, you will guide the development teams in the realization of robust, innovative, and scalable solutions, while actively contributing to our digital roadmap.

At the interface between business teams, technological partners, and IT teams, you will participate in the definition of technical standards, the reduction of technical debt, the continuous improvement of our practices, and the success of strategic projects having a direct impact on the customer experience.

In this context, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure the adequacy of developed solutions with business needs and technical standards
• Thoroughly analyze specifications in order to have a clear understanding of the objectives, needs, and expected deliverables
• Contribute to the definition of a technical architecture and be qualified as a technical referent for questions related to digital platforms intended for customers.
• Collaborate with our developer teams and provide expertise on the development and integration of our digital customer solutions.
• Operationally support developers in resolving complex problems
• Perform clear and concise presentations of technical solutions
• Write and distribute detailed release notes in order to synthesize the novelties, corrections, and improvements brought to each version and be the guarantor of the proper maintenance of technical documentation
• Ensure the quality of code and deliverables, by performing regular code reviews and implementing automated tests

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in development and in a Technical Lead role
• Mastery of Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 programming languages
• Experience with Vue.js, React, Angular front-end frameworks is a plus
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated tests
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable
• Ability to work in a team and to coordinate teams and understand business needs
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems
• You are curious, autonomous, open to change and proactive
• You perfectly master French and have very good knowledge of English
