Line Operator / Assistant Line Operator for Packaging Machines (m/f) 100%

Your tasks

• Executing and supervising the assigned production orders in compliance with the specified manufacturing instructions
• GMP-compliant documentation of the ongoing packaging
• Carrying out IPC controls
• Operating simple devices (labeler)
• Rectifying minor malfunctions and short stops at the machine
• Leading manual packaging and simple rework
• Performing material bookings in the ERP system SAP
• Monitoring orders and the material situation in cooperation with the production office
• Responsible for compliance with time and quantity specifications in compliance with cleanroom and GMP requirements with the support of the line management
• Responsible for the induction of new operational employees at the line and the leadership, supervision, instruction and promotion of the assigned operational and temporary employees

Our requirements

• Experience as a line operator or assistant line operator at packaging machines (packaging, labeling and coding) in the bottle/can area, preferably in a pharma, cosmetics or food environment (GMP environment)
• Organizational talent with assertiveness
• Willingness to work shifts (3-shift) and occasional Saturday work
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Experience with serialization is an advantage
