Bern, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Lead a German-speaking team in technical, organizational, and personnel aspects • Ensure personnel-related measures, timely information, as well as training and further education • Support the head of department in fulfilling core tasks and participate in implementing department and main department goals • Risk-oriented, independent execution of audits for taxpayers in the German language • Collaborate in projects, working groups, and committees <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree or a degree from a higher vocational education institution in the field of finance, accounting, auditing, fiduciary, or taxes • Proven leadership experience and very good knowledge of value-added tax and auditing techniques • Flair for implementing team-building measures, high social competence, communication skills • Analytical skills for assessing economic facts from a tax perspective, as well as personal responsibility, confident and correct appearance, and assertiveness • Good active knowledge of a second official language as well as English, and passive knowledge of a third official language <br /> In a nutshell You lead a team within the External VAT Audit department, which ensures compliant and uniform adherence to the Value Added Tax Act through audits of taxpayers.
