The Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Schüpfheim offers a diverse range of services in the areas of learning, working, and living. As a cantonal institution, the HPZS accompanies and supports around 110 people with a cognitive impairment.

To strengthen our cleaning team, we are looking for a dedicated, independent, and reliable personality for a part-time workload. With your careful and responsible way of working, you will make a significant contribution to the quality of our services. Your commitment, your engagement, and your willingness to actively get involved make you a valuable support for our team and make an important contribution to the further development of our area.

Your tasks

• From Monday to Friday, you will take over the independent cleaning and care of our premises as part of visual, maintenance, and interim cleaning.
• Participation in special and basic cleaning
• You ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to our quality management system (QMS).
• Safe handling of equipment and machines
• Economical and ecological handling of equipment, machines, and chemicals
• If required, you will relieve your colleagues at our second location in Wolhusen.

Your profile

• You have already gained valuable experience in the field of professional cleaning. Completed training in the hotel industry / housekeeping or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Your way of working is independent, responsible, and structured. Thanks to your networked way of thinking and your good coordination skills, you actively contribute to efficient workflows.
• Teamwork is important to you, as is the respectful handling of the concerns of a social institution.
• Interacting with people with disabilities brings you joy and you approach them with empathy.
• Thanks to your very good German language skills (minimum language level B2), you communicate confidently and clearly. In addition, you possess a category B driver's license and bring good PC user skills.
