Job Description

• Overall responsibility for internal operational logistics, especially transport and order picking
• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of employees
• Participation in the setup and introduction of a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality day-to-day business
• Analysis, optimization and further development of logistical processes
• Development and implementation of measures to increase efficiency and profitability
• Responsibility for personnel, deployment and resource planning
• Coordination and cooperation with internal departments and interfaces
• Management and support of projects for continuous process improvement

Desired Profile

• Completed training in the field of logistics with corresponding further education
• Several years of professional experience in logistics as well as proven leadership experience
• Profound knowledge in the optimization of logistical workflows and processes
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and digital logistics solutions
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong sense of responsibility
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
• Further language skills are an advantage
