Job description
We are looking for you! Childcare specialist / Group leader Since September 2023, we have been looking after two mixed-age children's groups in the KITA MIMI in Erlinsbach. Our bright and spacious premises offer an atelier with a gallery, a separate bedroom, and a beautiful garden. Additionally, we also use the dining room of a socio-pedagogical institution. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and warm specialist who takes over a children's group and, together with us, shapes a varied and loving daycare everyday life. What you bring with you

A completed pedagogical training as FaBe Kind, KKE or an equivalent recognized training
An open, joyful, and honest personality
Joy and empathy in dealing with children
A high sense of responsibility
Motivation, creativity and many own ideas
Joy in nature and in outdoor activities
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to take on responsibility and actively help shape the daycare everyday life
