For our corporate group, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Employment degree: 100 % | Permanent employment contract (Workplace: Pratteln) Job description • Management of agenda and emails • Drafting of correspondence, filing and document management • Administrative support in the processing of accounting documents and simple invoicing • Management of weighbridge slips and weighing documents • Support of the management in various projects and daily tasks • Communication with customers and suppliers • Receiving telephone calls as well as processing mail • Knowledge of administrative procedures in connection with the RAV (Regionales Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum) Your profile • Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent qualification • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position • Very good knowledge of common IT applications (Microsoft 365) • Very good German and French skills in speaking and writing mandatory, English an advantage • Excellent written expression and very good spelling skills • Independent, structured and reliable way of working • Strong service and customer orientation • Flexibility as well as teamwork skills We offer • A varied activity in a familial, dynamic and motivating environment, in a company in constant growth • A permanent and long-term employment • Opportunities for professional development and further training Start of position: immediately or by arrangement Interested?
