DieSONNHALDE in Grüningen is an innovative nursing and care center with a focus on psychiatry in long-term care. We belong to Peter di Gallo AG and offer around 300 beds on 14 wards, cared for by 320 employees.

Your tasks include:

• Planning and implementing resource-oriented group and individual activities in various activation areas
• Designing varied offers such as wellness, creative atelier, cooking, and theme groups
• Planning and implementing excursions and events for our residents
• 2-3 shifts per year on weekends.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the activation team and the various areas of SONNHALDE

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Activation Specialist HF
• Experience in working with people with mental impairments
• Empathy, teamwork skills and joy in working with people
• Creative flair and abundance of ideas
• Flexibility, resilience and organizational competence
• Independent way of working
• Experience with electronic patient documentation (Care Coach) is an advantage
