On behalf of our client, a well-established regional company in the canton of Fribourg, we are recruiting a Payroll Specialist at 80-100% to join a dynamic team. Your tasks at your new employer

• You collaborate closely with HR teams to optimize and ensure the reliability of payroll processes as well as the management of social benefits
• You carry out in-depth analyses and compensation benchmarks to guarantee the competitiveness of salary packages
• You ensure fluid and professional communication with internal partners, insurance companies, and external service providers
• You provide your expertise to effectively resolve complex issues related to payroll, benefits, and compensations
• You participate in the implementation and monitoring of compensation policies and benefit programs to ensure their compliance and attractiveness

You offer your new employer

• You possess training in human resources, ideally completed by a diploma in social insurance management
• You have significant experience in payroll management and data analysis
• You perfectly master français and have good knowledge of allemand and/or anglais
• You are comfortable with common payroll systems and master the associated IT tools
• You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team
