Construction Manager HLKS for Data-Center Projects

As a Construction Manager HLKS, you will supervise various Data-Center construction projects on-site and coordinate the technical trades until commissioning.

Tasks

• Ensuring complete and timely planning documents, early reporting of deviations
• Planning and coordination of work preparation as well as creation of construction programs
• Coordination and control of all HLKS trades regarding quality, deadlines, environment and safety
• Organization and accompaniment of technical acceptances and inspections
• Ensuring complete project documentation until project completion
• Obtaining required permits and preparatory work before the start of construction
• Accompaniment of workshop inspections and commissioning of the HLKS systems

Profile

• Completed practical training in the area of HLKS
• Experience as an HLKS installation manager on larger construction sites or as a construction manager in building technology projects
• Team-oriented, cooperative personality with a sense of responsibility
• Ability to implement high project quality without neglecting deadlines and costs
• Familiarity with the general contractor environment
• Very good German and good English skills
