In this role, you will actively shape the voice of Bank WIR and bring fresh formats, clear storylines, and strong brand moments to all channels. Become part of a team that combines impact, pace, and creative excellence. Your mission ## • Content strategy: You develop high-impact content and ensure a consistent, modern brand presence across all channels. • Content planning: You plan, produce, and consistently roll out content in text, image, and video along clear themes and campaigns on the planned channels. • Storytelling: You write and edit target-group-oriented content along concrete customer journeys for various channels such as social media, website, blog, and email, etc. • Sparring: You act as an internal competence partner for messages, formats, and storytelling and contribute well-founded impulses. • Performance: You monitor and analyze relevant KPIs, derive optimizations, further develop content based on data, and test new content formats. • Reputation: You monitor our review platforms, manage the handling of feedback, and coordinate escalations with stakeholders. What you bring with you ## • Education: Completed basic training with further training in the field of content, digital marketing, or communication. • Experience: Several years of practice in the content environment with strong writing skills, SEO know-how, and confident handling of CMS & web technologies. • Language: Excellent linguistic feel as well as creative, cross-channel storytelling skills. • Working style: Independent, structured way of working paired with high teamwork ability and cooperative strength. • Mindset: Digital affinity, AI know-how, willingness to experiment, and active pursuit of trends in content and channel management. • Plus: Experience with video filming/editing as well as knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
