You ensure holistic, individual, and professional nursing according to the nursing process. You care for the patients entrusted to you before and after operative interventions in various specialist areas. You carry out medically prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic measures independently and professionally. You recognize emergency situations early, act securely, and initiate the necessary measures until the doctor arrives. You ensure a smooth process in the day clinic and take on administrative, organizational, and logistical tasks. You work closely with an interdisciplinary team and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of our processes. The day clinic remains closed for two weeks as well as between Christmas and New Year for one week, so you can plan your holidays early and reliably. YOUR PROFILE You are a committed personality who enjoys patient-oriented nursing and lives the team spirit. You have completed training as a graduated nurse HF/FH or graduated nurse HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland. You work independently, responsibly, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You are characterized by high social competence, empathy, as well as a strong service and patient orientation. Organizational talent, flexibility, and a structured way of working are among your strengths. You communicate openly, appreciatively, and enjoy working interdisciplinary.
