Operating Electrician (80 - 100%) The Shoppi Tivoli in Spreitenbach is the largest shopping and lifestyle center in Switzerland with over 160 stores on around 92‘000 square meters of sales area. Tivoli Real Estate Management AG, with its over 70 employees, manages the various properties, processes the rental of the retail spaces, ensures the operation, technical maintenance, and cleaning of the center, and makes the attractive offer known in the large catchment area with its own marketing department. Together, we transform the Shoppi Tivoli into a unique place of inspiration and encounter every day. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR. To support our technical service, we are looking for a committed and competent Operating Electrician (entry upon agreement). In this function, you will ensure the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the electrical building technology systems, parking systems, and safety technology systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, smoke extraction, and emergency power systems) together with your team colleagues. You will take care of the maintenance of the center's central IT structures (telephone system, IT racks, building control systems), carry out repair, maintenance, and management work for the tenants, and accompany and monitor external companies during repair and maintenance work. Furthermore, you will be involved in new and renovation projects and support setup and dismantling work in the marketing/event area. WHAT YOU BRING. For this position, you have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician/electrical installer or have similar training, as well as knowledge of customer service. You always act in a customer-oriented manner and are equipped with commercial understanding, resilience, team orientation, and flexibility. Independent work and a sense of responsibility are a matter of course for you. A category B driver's license and good German language skills are essential. Further qualifications, such as a forklift/high-lift truck driver's license and English language skills, are an advantage. Willingness for shift work between 7 - 20 pm with Saturday, Sunday, evening, and piket deployments. WHAT WE OFFER.
